This is a hand screened print in 4 colors of a member of the Women’s Emergency Brigade in 1937. What makes each print even more unique is that they are printed on ledger paper from the 1920’s !!! These women played a major role in the Flint, Michigan Sit Down Strike of autoworkers that after 5 months of struggle led to the largest union of the time. These really are fascinating pieces of art in a great 11 by 14 frame !
