This print is a tribute to Grandpa Joe , and the evening that I danced with him in St Mary, Iowa. He swept me from corner to corner , and I never realized that he was actually sprinkiling dance dust over my shoulder in a zamboni style dusting of the church hall dance floor ! I’ve heard that Blue Corn Meal is sometimes used in a country dance hall here in New Mexico to help make your feet slide !
